Wood Therapy Body Sculpting

Enjoy this 30 minute wood therapy body contouring session.

Wood therapy has been practiced for centuries in the oriental countries , where therapists used wood mostly for therapeutic purposes. In the 1980s, a therapist in Colombia developed a new and unique wood therapy method, redesigned wood tools to a smoother finish and adapted it too cater to aesthetic purposes.

Wood Therapy is a non-invasive body-contouring technique that uses specially shaped wooden pieces, such as rollers and suction cups, to massage the target areas, in an attempt to break down localized pockets of fat and cellulite , so that they can be eliminated through the lymphatic system; it also stimulates blood circulation and cellular turnover rate in the massaged areas to tone and contribute to skin tightening.
