Cancellation Policy

Our mission is to encourage our clients to challenge themselves and to exercise and live a healthier lifestyle. We, here at BodyByJay understand things happen in life we cant take control of, we all have those days when making it to your scheduled appointment just isn’t going to happen. Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, there is no penalty. If you do not show the day of your appointment, that session will be forfeited. 

However, if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours, on the day of your appointment, or no show, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.

No refunds only exchange of services. Which you will have 90 days to exchange services.

Refund Policy On Products

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 7 days after you receive any item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale , discounted items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Packages & Deals Purchased 

If you purchase any packages or single treatments and do not use it within 90 days of purchase the packages will be considered Null & Void. The services are to be used by a certain time. If you wait more than the 90-day window the packages and Deals will be no longer for use.
